Q: Why should I register with you?

A: When you register with us, you take advantage of all the discounts available to our members. You accrue redeemable points that can be used towards your future purchases with us. As a member, you will be able to view and track your current orders. A member who becomes a repeated customer may be offered a discounted pricing tier which is not available to others.

 

Q: Do you ship to P.O.Box addresses?

A: No. We do not ship to P.O.Box addresses. You must have a physical address and we will research to validate your company before we can ship to you.

 

Q: Do you ship to international addresses?

A: All international orders will be verified and a shipment quote will be sent to your email (and must be paid) before we process and ship your order(s).

 

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Yes if the items are returnable. A returnable item is one that has not been opened or has not been used. All returnable items must be returned within 5 business days of delivery.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order(s)?

A: Yes but all cancellations must be made within 48 hours (business days) of purchase. If a buyer orders an item and initiates cancellation after 48 hours (business days), that request will be denied. Your compliance is appreciated.
